    English Heritage seeks ensure that the historic environment of England is properly maintained and cared for. English Heritage aim to help people understand and appreciate why the historic buildings and landscapes around them matter.

    The built and natural heritage of the village will be covered in a leaflet describing a walk around the village of Coddington. This is the first project embarked upon by the newly formed Coddington History Group.

    The National Trust was founded in 1895 by three Victorian philanthropists - Miss Octavia Hill, Sir Robert Hunter and Canon Hardwicke Rawnsley.
